Q: What is the Kwikset Insiders?
A: The Kwikset Insiders is a community of Kwikset consumers and industry professionals who work with Kwikset locks and locksets, who have the opportunity to provide feedback and insights through surveys and forums on Kwikset products, services and ideas. These insights will help us improve and shape the future of Kwikset products and residential security.

Q: What are the benefits for me?
A: You’ll be the first to know about what we’re working on and be able to provide feedback and insights that will help shape real decisions that affect the products and services we offer. Additionally, for each study you complete you’ll gain one entry into our monthly sweepstakes for three prizes of $100.

Q: Are there any fees or costs?
No. Your community membership is absolutely free. In fact, we are sure that you will find taking our surveys and participating in our discussions to be an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Q: How much of a time commitment is being a member of the Kwikset Insiders?
A: We hope that all our members participate in at least one study per month. The average length of a study if about four or five minutes. To become a member you must complete the Invitation Survey which takes about eight minutes.

Q: How do I join?
A: Select ‘Click here to join now’ on this page or the homepage of this website to start the Invitation Survey and become a member today.

Q: What if I have more than one email address?
A: Many people have several email accounts. If you have more than one email address, please register with the email address you would like us to use when contacting you. In addition, please make sure you add support@kwiksetinsiders.com to your address book. This will ensure you always receive our email notifications.

Q: How do I cancel my membership (opt-out)?
A: As a Kwikset Insiders community member, you will receive email invitations to complete online surveys and join discussions. To deactivate your membership, you can simply click on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of any email communication.

Q: What if my contact information changes?
A: Since your registration information is critical to our sending you the most appropriate surveys, we have developed a place for you to update your information at any time. Simply log in with your username and password and click on the update link. Here you can make changes to your email address and password. This will ensure that we will send our studies to the correct email address.

We will respond promptly to help determine the nature of the problem.
